About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Production Specialist to join our team at Eppendorf SE. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical parts and components associated with our product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Production: Assemble mechanical parts and components, including sub-assembly, electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, testing, inspection, prototypes modifications, upgrades, and rework in accordance with manufacturing documentation.
  • Packaging and Quality Control: Package all finished goods utilizing necessary packaging equipment and accurately document quality and inventory control measuring checks.
  • Documentation and Training: Assist Manufacturing Engineering in creating, developing, and revising assembly documentation and provide training to team members as needed.
  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Daily setup and startup of assembly lines and other production equipment, troubleshoot and improve product quality, productivity, and processes using knowledge of ISO policies and procedures.
  • Team Support: Fill-in for staff vacancies, assist team members with tasks, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and four years' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, including metric, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Computer Literacy: Must be computer literate and willing to work in a two-shift operation, if necessary.
