Medical Device Production Specialist

Cypress HCM is seeking a skilled Medical Device Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling medical devices with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Assembly Operations: Assemble medical devices according to specifications, ensuring high-quality products.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate various production equipment, including wafer fab equipment.
- Documentation: Accurately document work performed, including inspection reports and customer travelers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with production operators and technicians to achieve production goals.
- Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Language: Fluent English language skills required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Microscope Experience: Experience with microscopes a plus.
- ISO & FDA Knowledge: Knowledge of ISO & FDA requirements a plus.
- LEAN Manufacturing: Experience with LEAN manufacturing a plus.
$17.50-18.50 per hour + $2.50 shift differential, depending on experience level.
