Key Responsibilities:

  • Support production operators and technicians in the fabrication of products.
  • Operate equipment in a production environment.
  • Handle sensitive components regularly and work with intricate devices.
  • Perform basic measurements and adjustments on machinery.
  • Conduct visual inspections throughout the production process.
  • Assist in the packaging of completed products.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) to maintain product quality.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and engineering staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of providing comprehensive information for root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with microscopes, ISO standards, FDA regulations, or LEAN manufacturing principles.
  • Compensation includes an hourly rate with a shift differential based on experience.
