Job Overview

SUMMARY

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in both operational and strategic dimensions to foster a dynamic and innovative workplace culture. This individual will introduce inventive and effective strategies to support a growing organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement tailored solutions aimed at scalability and growth
  • Offer strategic business collaboration and mentorship
  • Evaluate team and organizational development requirements
  • Lead talent management initiatives
  • Oversee the complete Performance Summary Cycle
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to execute solutions
  • Address employee relations matters
  • Organize team and offsite gatherings

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

  • Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Preferred Human Resources Certification

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Comprehensive understanding of human resources and payroll operations
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner capacity
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Ability to leverage data for insights
  • Proven track record in influencing and problem-solving
  • Experience supporting technical teams

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with unionized workforce

SKILLS

  • Strong judgment and risk assessment capabilities
  • Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience in promoting inclusivity
  • Project and change management expertise
  • Ability to build relationships across teams
  • Consulting, coaching, and facilitation proficiency

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Primarily sedentary work; involves sitting in an office setting. Some filing duties may be required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Occasional travel may be necessary to various domestic and/or international locations.
