- Prepare written correspondence to applicants regarding the status of contracts.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and new business procedures.
- Function as an effective team member through positive communication and interaction with coworkers.
- Analyze policies to ensure they are in compliance with legislation.
- Input contracts into the system.
- Research, coordinate information, and respond to questions from internal partners and/or external clients.

Requirements- 2+ years of data entry experience.
- Medical knowledge preferred.
- Experience in a call center environment.
- Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Windows 10 operating system (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Detailed oriented.
- Critical thinking.
- Experience interpreting business requirements in healthcare, insurance, or a similar field preferred.
- Experience in analytical editing, organization, critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and diplomacy.
