About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and accurately process incoming new business contracts from agents and applicants within established time service standards.
  • Prepare written correspondence to applicants regarding the status of contracts.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and new business procedures.
  • Function as an effective team member through positive communication and interaction with coworkers.
  • Analyze policies to ensure they are in compliance with legislation.
  • Input contracts into the system.
  • Research, coordinate information, and respond to questions from internal partners and/or external clients.
  • Identify process improvements for own cases.

Requirements

  • Experience interpreting business requirements in healthcare, insurance, or a similar field preferred.
  • Experience in analytical editing, organization, critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and diplomacy.
