About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CPU Verification Methodology and Tool Engineer to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our verification team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the verification methodology, tools, and flow for our high-performance, low-power processor designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with verification engineers and RTL designers to define effective verification methodologies for complex processor designs.
  • Develop and drive the tools and flows for advanced verification methodologies.
  • Create and maintain efficient testbench environments.
  • Test tool flows with selected blocks from the real design.
  • Develop and automate simulation, emulation, and FPGA model build flows.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Deep knowledge of verification methodology.
  • Verification tool and verification development experience.
  • Testbench setup and build experience.
  • Random regression flow and result analysis script development.
  • Strong skills in C, C++, Verilog, and scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of digital logic design and processor architecture.
