NVIDIA is seeking a skilled verification engineer to join our team. As a verification engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our CPU products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement random test generation tools for NVIDIA's CPU roadmap
  • Apply the latest software development practices for random test generation tool development
  • Collaborate with global architecture/design/verification teams for execution and prioritization
  • Drive continuous improvement of workflows/processes
Requirements
  • 15+ years of work experience in a verification domain and/or software tool development
  • PhD or Master's or Bachelor's degree in EE/CS or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of software development standard processes with hands-on programming experience with object-oriented concepts, tool chain, software build and debug
  • Knowledge of CPU and system-level architecture/microarchitecture for any industry standard architecture, having knowledge of Arm architecture is a plus
  • Knowledge of processor design concepts like pipelines, caches, virtual memory systems, coherency, etc.
  • Strong software and hardware debugging skills and familiarity with latest tools and techniques
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability & desire to work as a great teammate across the globally distributed team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Consistent track record of developing and supporting a random test generator
  • Experience on Emulation, FPGA, and Silicon platform for tool development and debug
