Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Administrator to join our team at Providence. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing services department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate nursing staff schedules, including on-call rotations and time-off requests.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing administration or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
