Overview

Kaiser Permanente is a leading healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality patient care and improving the health of our communities. We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our Occupational Health team in Beaverton, Oregon.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of experience as a licensed practical nurse and hold a current Practical Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License: Practical Nurse. You will also possess excellent clinical nursing skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and communication skills. Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic life support certification are highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care services, including routine and self-limiting medical procedures
  • Support clinicians and other healthcare team members with administrative tasks and patient care activities
  • Assist with medication administration, EKGs, and other clinical tasks under the direction of a clinician
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide population-based care outreach activities, including health maintenance screening
  • Participate in daily activities to start workflow in the work area and respond to medical emergencies as directed by a clinician

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
