About the Role

This LPN position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Occupational Health team at Kaiser Permanente in Beaverton, Oregon. As an LPN, you will work closely with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and support the needs of our patients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a licensed practical nurse in an ambulatory care setting and hold a current Practical Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License: Practical Nurse. You will also possess excellent clinical nursing skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and communication skills. Familiarity with electronic medical records and IV therapy experience or recent certification are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct and indirect patient care services, including routine and self-limiting medical procedures
  2. Support clinicians and other healthcare team members with administrative tasks and patient care activities
  3. Assist with medication administration, EKGs, and other clinical tasks under the direction of a clinician
  4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide population-based care outreach activities, including health maintenance screening
  5. Participate in daily activities to start workflow in the work area and respond to medical emergencies as directed by a clinician

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
