About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify and capitalize on personalization opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of Epsilon's mid-market presence
Requirements
  • 4+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Understanding of MarTech and personalization tools
  • Experience selling Software as a Service with multi-year contracts
  • Experience selling to clients in the mid-market space
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
