Job Overview:
The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for assisting clients with quotes, managing orders, and addressing any inquiries. This role requires maintaining strong connections with internal departments to ensure effective communication and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Coordinator will also oversee inventory status, shipment details, and product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates and processes customer quotations to the designated Sales representatives or clients.
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of all quotes.
- Responds to routine client inquiries, comments, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Establishes new client accounts through various communication channels.
- Prepares documentation that includes client specifications for relevant departments.
- Maintains CRM entries and monitors the data input by the Sales team.
- Coordinates and communicates updates regarding inventory levels, shipment arrivals, and product information.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in client services, customer support, or procurement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong understanding and recent application of performance metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
