We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Momentum Innovative Disability Services. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing individualized support plans under the guidance and supervision of a Behavior Analyst. This will involve providing one-on-one ABA services to clients, understanding and implementing each client's individual support plan, and providing feedback and insight to the clinical team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients
  • Implement individualized support plans under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst
  • Provide feedback and insight to the clinical team
  • Obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Protect the health and safety of clients and fellow employees
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities
  • Current and valid RBT certification
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
