About the Role:
As a member of our Backend team, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable systems that enhance our data processing capabilities. This position requires a skilled engineer with a strong foundation in architecture, development processes, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the architecture and scalability of the technology powering the Butlr system.
- Guide the team in best practices for software development and exemplify these practices.
- Lead the design and development of essential modules that constitute Butlr's technology.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in at least one enterprise programming language: Golang, Java, Kotlin, Rust, etc.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with CI/CD development and related technologies.
- Preferred: Familiarity with container-based architectures such as Kubernetes, ECS, Docker.
- Preferred: Knowledge of microservice messaging systems like Kafka, MQTT, Kinesis, SNS.
- Preferred: Experience in IoT and embedded systems.
