Job Summary

The essential duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Project Scope and Goals: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives and support company growth.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Project Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and budgets.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimation and Cost Management: Estimate project costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Operational Management: Assist in the management of the operational capabilities of the division, including labor management and productivity monitoring.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training of staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Program Management: Oversee the company's quality program to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior intern/construction experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Ability to read, learn, and understand blueprints and construction-related documents; proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project; effective organization and communication skills; ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise; professional attitude and experience; attention to detail; excellent organizational skills; time-management and multitasking skills; effective organization, communication, and leadership skills; ability to self-perform all duties with little guidance.
