Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Estimator / Project Manager to enhance our vibrant team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in project estimation across a range of construction endeavors and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of PEMG (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings), Tilt Wall construction, and Structural Steel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Estimation: Develop precise and thorough cost estimates for various projects, encompassing healthcare, industrial, retail, office, and other sectors.
  • Project Analysis: Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and documentation to ascertain project scope and requirements.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate closely with suppliers and subcontractors to secure accurate pricing and ensure optimal value for the company and clients.
  • Risk Assessment: Recognize potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to guarantee projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside project managers, designers, and other team members to formulate project plans and timelines.
  • Reporting: Generate and present comprehensive reports and estimates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project estimation, particularly in healthcare, industrial, retail, office, and other project types.
  • Expertise: Proficient in PEMG, Tilt Wall construction, and Structural Steel.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software and tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
