We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team at gpac, a leading recruitment company in the HVAC and Plumbing industry. As an HVAC Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by evaluating project scopes, analyzing blueprints, and preparing cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate project scopes and develop accurate cost estimates for HVAC installations.
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
  • Conduct material takeoffs to determine the quantities and costs of HVAC components.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure accurate and timely bidding on projects.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all estimates, proposals, and bid information.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of HVAC estimating experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs.
  • Proficient in relevant estimating software.
