Job Title: Sr Creative Director

24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly skilled Sr Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative visual branding concepts and strategies that enhance brand identity.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to elevate brand presence and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and adherence to project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality marketing materials, including website assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, and paid advertisements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and agencies to foster growth, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually innovate and elevate brand presence.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining brand integrity and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role, preferably in the consumer products or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of developing high-performing digital content and copy/messaging within a multi-layered marketing funnel.
  • Extensive knowledge of paid social video and static ad creative best practices for conversion and engagement.
  • Expertise in graphic design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency in digital design principles.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing a team of designers and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
