Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at BluePearl Pet Hospital. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients and their pets.

• Greet and welcome clients, making them feel at ease and ensuring a positive experience
• Assess client needs and provide emotional support and resources as needed
• Coordinate appointments, communicate with clients, and ensure seamless transitions between teams
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members to ensure excellent patient care

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
