An Auto Finance Business Growth Executive is needed to develop and manage the Dealer Indirect Program in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet assigned targets for funded loans by cultivating new and existing dealer partnerships
  2. Ensure portfolio quality meets established standards
  3. Promote product enhancements and program improvements
  4. Monitor key performance indicators, including application volumes, approval rates, and delinquency charges
  5. Provide strategic guidance on loan pricing, dealer reserves, and credit policies
  6. Foster new dealership relationships and nurture existing ones

Qualified candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in the auto finance sector and a proven track record in dealer lending.

This role includes a competitive base salary and lucrative commission opportunities. Estimated annual compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000, contingent on experience.
