Business Development Specialist

AirCo Air Conditioning is looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating with builders and homeowners, and identifying opportunities for business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Promote customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders and homeowners.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are also required.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
