  • Take Beverage Orders: Take orders from guests and servers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and Serve Drinks: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with our standard drink recipes.
  • Learn and Recognize Regulars: Learn the names and personally recognize our regular guests.
  • Record Drink Orders: Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into our register system.
  • Accept Payment: Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change (if applicable).
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
  • Restock and Replenish: Assist with the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
  • Fill in as Needed: Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Be 21 years of age.
  • Language Skills: Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our trading area.
  • Service and Food Knowledge: Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions.
  • Math Skills: Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work Schedule: Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, while still delivering on our promises to our guests, ensuring a team-focused environment.
