Position: Recruitment Specialist
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in our commitment to serving others by attracting and hiring talented individuals to support our daily operations while ensuring a diverse and qualified applicant pool.
- Conduct recruitment processes including sourcing, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
- Create job advertisements and identify suitable external sources for attracting qualified applicants.
- Design and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies such as advertising campaigns, job fairs, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Evaluate recruitment and retention metrics for reporting to management.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs, maintain confidential employee documents, and track applicants and related documentation.
Qualifications:
