Position Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time HVAC Sales Specialist to effectively promote and sell our heating and air conditioning services to homeowners. This role is perfect for a dedicated and honest individual who values integrity and seeks a career with growth potential.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary exceeding $150,000 annually, based on experience, along with opportunities for bonuses and commissions. Key Responsibilities
As an HVAC Sales Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Engaging with residential clients to understand their HVAC needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Following up on company-generated leads and conducting in-home consultations.
  • Utilizing exceptional customer service skills to address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Closing sales effectively and achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintaining communication with clients and technicians to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Completing necessary paperwork and processing payments accurately.
  • Investing time in personal development through reading or training related to sales and self-improvement.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of HVAC certification.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in using smartphones and tablets.
  • A willingness to be accessible by phone within a short timeframe.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.

Work Schedule
This full-time role typically requires availability Monday through Friday, with the potential for weekend and on-call work as needed.
