Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Martin Marietta. This role will be responsible for ensuring the protection of our lien rights and providing general support to the Sales and Credit teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the protection of lien rights by obtaining project information and inputting it into our lien software, LevelSet.
  • Manage lien and pre-lien releases, handle accounts receivable, and perform light collections.
  • Track the status of pending liens and prepare and file lien and pre-lien release documents through LevelSet software.
  • Coordinate with Sales to understand the scope and details of lien and monitor daily shipments to ensure preliminary notices can be generated for all required shipments.
  • Review PO's for Arizona Ready-Mix and work closely with the sales organization and customers to obtain missing information necessary to properly file the preliminary notice.
  • Identify and work with Sales Coordinators to obtain project/job information and work closely with Shared Services Credit regarding customer accounts.
  • Support the investigation of customer credit concerns and customer complaints and prepare reporting and any other ad-hoc analysis as requested to support the sales team.
  • Evaluate and recommend new approaches and procedures that result in process improvements and efficiencies and work with manager on special projects.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience with Arizona pre-liens preferred.
  • Strong work ethic; commitment to quality and detail.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Docusign experience.
  • LevelSet experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
