Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Professional to join our team at TEK Connexion. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for executing our Technology Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and ensuring adherence to regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology risk management programs to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design and development of technology controls for specific risk management program components.
  • Review and update existing controls to ensure they effectively manage risk.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams, subsidiaries, and Lines of Business to provide risk expertise and support.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and report and escalate compliance issues as necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience with operational and technology risk programs, including creation, review, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Archer GRC, ServiceNow, and other risk management tools.
  • Strong analytical background and data proficiencies, including data mapping.
  • ISACA certifications are a plus.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial industry.
