Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of ABA services, including program development, staff supervision, and client care coordination.
  • Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients when needed.
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision, support, and leadership to behavior analysts, behavior technicians, and other staff.
  • Collaborate with families and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Manage scheduling, billing requirements, and documentation related to therapy services.


We are seeking an experienced ABA Clinical Director to join our team at Adapt for Life: Center for ABA Therapy and Autism. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field, and BCBA certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing ABA therapy as a BCBA, with progressively increasing responsibilities, is required. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in data analysis and evidence-based treatment design.

We estimate that this role will come with an annual salary of approximately $95,000, plus bonuses and benefits. You can work from home 1 day a week and use your driving vehicle for travel between different location (mileage paid).
