Job Title: Account Executive

Pavion Corp is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission forward by connecting with existing and potential clients, providing them with tailored fire, security, and integration solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strong business plan, utilizing advanced selling skills to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify target opportunities and focus on capturing large customer sales from competitors where possible.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for customers, including end users, electrical and general contractors, real estate property managers, and engineers/architects.
  • Read and understand bid documents, interpreting technical drawings and programming guides, and relaying necessary information to the engineering, operations team, and leadership team.
  • Manage CRM data, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities, ensuring the Sales Stages reflect accurate Estimated Revenue, Estimated Close Date, and Probability to win business.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial development industry
  • 5+ years of experience establishing a client base, with a proven successful history of relationship development, lead generation, and selling design concepts/ideas.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape, with demonstrated expertise in managing and expanding key accounts, and a strong familiarity with key influencers in construction and corporate real estate within the Washington DC market.
  • Proven history of sales success, with experience identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Experience building a network of business relationships, with the ability to create sales opportunities by working with A&D (Architecture & Design), real estate, and construction companies.
  • Innovative self-starter, with confidence and ability to represent Pavion Corp professionally and ethically to gain high levels of confidence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with strong meeting facilitation skills.
  • Ability to lead change, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment effectively.
