We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Community Medical Center. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and staff.
Job SummaryThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator will provide leadership around clinical care standards and expectations, working closely with providers and teammates to ensure high-quality patient care. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with leaders of applicable departments to discuss staff educational and development needs.
- Assess, plan, coordinate, develop, and evaluate competency-based orientation and continuing education programs.
- Maintain clinical expertise through hands-on demonstrations of skills and competencies.
- Establish and maintain effective communications and rapport with Medical Staff members.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing required.
- RN Licensed to practice in the State of Montana.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must obtain BLS for Healthcare Provider within 3 months of hire.
