Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Nursing Director to lead our Acute Care Services team at i4 Search Group Healthcare in Missoula, MT. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing clinical staff within key units, including ICU/PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Rehab Nursing.

About the Role

This leadership position carries full 24/7 responsibility for the units' operations, overseeing patient care quality, staff direction, and financial health. As an integral member of the leadership team, the Director will lead efforts to implement hospital philosophy, policies, and departmental goals, ensuring their effective impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct clinical staff within key units.
  • Oversee patient care quality, staff direction, and financial health.
  • Implement hospital philosophy, policies, and departmental goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or eligible license in the state of Montana required.
  • Masters degree in Nursing, Business, or Leadership/Management preferred.
  • 5+ years experience as an Acute Care Clinical Leader required.
  • Must have union experience.
  • ACLS, ONS certification, Healthcare Provider BLS within 3 months of hire.
  • Competency of RN for Med/Surg or ICU.
  • 2+ years experience as a bedside RN preferred.
  • Experienced as a Unit Level Director strongly preferred.
Estimated Salary Range:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
