Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for leading clinical care initiatives, developing and implementing education programs, and collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. This role requires a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement education programs for nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead clinical care initiatives and develop policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field required.
  • RN Licensed to practice in the State of Montana.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
