At The Joint Chiropractic, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and members.

The estimated salary for this role is $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting patients and members upon arrival
  • Checking them in for appointments with chiropractors
  • Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
  • Re-engaging inactive members to meet sales goals
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic
