About the Role

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Vancouver. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with our medical providers to establish a comprehensive care plan for our clients. This is a full-time position based out of the Clark/Cowlitz Fire and Rescue location in LaCenter, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health evaluations and assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance services and support.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or associate's license as a Mental Health Professional in the state of Washington.
  • Experience with mental health evaluation and assessment, as well as evidence-based treatment models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
