Job Opportunity

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a leading provider of comprehensive health services, is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are committed to delivering high-quality care to diverse communities, with a focus on serving Latinos in Washington State.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-respond with emergency services to mental health crises in the community.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to establish a holistic approach to client care.
  • Conduct mental health evaluations and assessments using evidence-based models.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to support client recovery.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work with coursework in psychological assessment.
  • Meet WAC requirements for Mental Health Professional designation or be licensed.
  • Experience with mental health evaluation and assessment, as well as evidence-based treatment models.
  • Proficiency in computer software and Microsoft Office.
