Mental Health Therapist II or III

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Mount Vernon, Skagit County. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment and treatment plans, and lead groups.
- Assist the Program Manager in program development, policy and procedure development, compliance with WACs and RCWs, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with CDMHP's, inpatient facilities, and ensure proper protocols are followed for hospitalization authorization and during discharge planning.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work with coursework in psychological diagnostics.
- Four or more years of clinical experience in the field.
- Active, approved license from the Washington State Department of Health.

- Competitive hourly rate of $28.68 - $32.26 (Mental Health Therapist II or III) or salary rate of $73,528.00 (Licensed Mental Health Therapist).
