OtterBase is looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Technician to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of electronic and home appliance issues in customer's homes.

You will use company-provided diagnostic tools and safety equipment to identify and resolve problems efficiently. Additionally, you will process paperwork and data entry upon completion of each job with accuracy.

This role requires a valid driver's license, EPA certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
