In this role, you will leverage your expertise in market analysis, business development, and strategic planning to identify new opportunities, develop comprehensive business strategies, and lead initiatives that enhance our market position. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and senior leadership, to ensure that our business development efforts are aligned with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the client's mission and strategic goals.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and enhance market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing DoD programs and acquisitions.
- 5+ years of experience in program management supporting the DoD.
- 3+ years of experience supporting financial reporting and budgets.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Science, or Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Science, or Engineering.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,600.00 to $285, annualized USD.
