ManTech International Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Security Lead to join our team in Crane, IN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating dashboards in Splunk to discover cyber risks, understand system vulnerabilities, and report on federally mandated actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with our government customer to design and implement Splunk dashboards for data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and disseminate key dashboard information to prioritize risk mitigation.
  • Oversee, evaluate, and support the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes for new and existing IT systems to ensure they meet the organization's information assurance and security requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate treatment of risk, compliance, and monitoring assurance from internal and external perspectives.
Requirements:
  • One of the following: CISSP, CASP, or equivalent DoD IAT-3 certification is required.
  • BS in Cybersecurity or Computer Science.
  • 7+ years of related IT experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in network security of an enterprise network.
  • Working knowledge and experience with firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, Host Based Security Systems, and proxy.
  • Ability to analyze IT Security monitoring and reporting requirements and define, design, develop, maintain, or improve Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts.
  • Knowledge of IT Security tools such as Nessus.
  • Experience as a Splunk Dashboard Developer.
  • Experience working with a team, but also leading projects and interacting with the customer.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have a current/active Secret security clearance or able to obtain Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80%.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
