Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the fulfillment of contract stipulations and responds to ad-hoc client inquiries to enhance client satisfaction, with oversight.
- Collaborates with team members to establish and nurture effective business relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs as their primary contact, potentially with a focus on a particular product or service.
- Ensures, through careful review and validation, that the product deliverables align with the client's specifications, ensuring both timeliness and quality.
- Works in partnership with the account manager and clients to maximize the value derived from IQVIA's offerings by elucidating and expanding the use of current deliverables and identifying potential revenue opportunities within the existing client base.
- Maintains robust internal communication with sales and client service support to keep all parties informed about client-related activities.
- Monitors performance against established service agreements and ensures that the client's responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Conducts research, analysis, and provides responses to client inquiries that necessitate a comprehensive understanding of the client, specific business sectors, and/or therapeutic markets.
- May deliver product/service and process training for clients and other team members.
- May facilitate service meetings at client locations.
- Represents IQVIA in external client initiatives.
- May mentor and guide other client service representatives and act in the manager's stead when required.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience Required
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience as an IQVIA Client Service Representative Required
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures within the client service representative domain Required
- Extensive knowledge of IQVIA products and the pharmaceutical sector Required
- Experience in meeting facilitation, presentations, and training Required
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels (both written and oral) and manage large transactional databases
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and strong customer service capabilities
- Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships in a diverse business environment
- Willingness to travel to client sites and IQVIA offices as necessary

IQVIA's operational capabilities and service provision necessitate that both IQVIA and its employees adhere to specific requirements regarding COVID-19 vaccination status.
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $61,000 to $101,000. The actual base pay offered may vary based on various factors, including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Depending on the position, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be available, alongside a range of health and welfare benefits.
