Pall Corporation, a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification, is seeking a talented Value Stream Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Materials Management team, you will play a vital role in optimizing the performance of our materials value stream through the implementation and maintenance of lean conversion principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and integrate consistent material flow processes within your areas of responsibility to drive impactful business results.
  • Oversee Shipping/Outbound, Receiving, Stockroom, Packaging, Material Handling, and Material Flow operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Implement optimal material and inventory management practices to maintain transactional accuracy and support cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional resources to modernize facilities, equipment, and material flow operations, enhancing capacity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Engage with leadership to formulate plans and strategies for enhancing safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity (SQDIP) performance.
  • Monitor planning attributes to ensure effective planning, review inventory levels, and make necessary adjustments to achieve operational effectiveness.
  • Utilize the Eight Disciplines of Quality (8-D Format) for troubleshooting and communicating instances of non-conformance.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in Materials Management, including three (3) years in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of fundamental accounting and financial procedures within an operational or manufacturing setting.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in operating effectively within a matrix environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Tornado, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Coaching and mentoring experience.
  • Conflict resolution and workforce growth experience.
  • Ability to work with solvents, oils, and other chemicals.
