The Lead Restoration Construction Supervisor will oversee client relations, manage subcontractors, and coordinate material logistics. It is essential to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and ensure a safe working environment. Effective communication with both the project team and homeowners is vital. If you possess a keen eye for detail, have a background in project management, and excel in communication, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure project completion
  • Demonstrate project management expertise, ideally in residential construction
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, accuracy, conflict resolution, cost management, and time management
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects
  • Utilize basic computer skills effectively
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Conduct weekly vehicle inspections and uphold vehicle cleanliness
  • Be prepared to work 40+ hours weekly
  • Be available for on-call duties during emergencies
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in construction is preferred
  • Familiarity with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate is advantageous
  • Possess Level 1 certification in Xactimate or a willingness to obtain it
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistently
  • Ability to access confined spaces, climb roofs, and lift weights up to 75 lbs
  • Hold a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the United States
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
  • No felony convictions

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $45k - $55k, based on experience
  • Eligibility for a commission plan after 90 days with a favorable review
