Job Overview

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a skilled Restoration Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration process, managing client expectations, and ensuring the quality of work meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client expectations and communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and homeowners.
  • Oversee material delivery and coordinate with project personnel to provide a safe jobsite.
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and homeowners.
  • Verify the quality of work meets company standards and homeowner expectations.
  • Coordinate with project teams to provide a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Previous construction experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
  • Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate a plus.
  • Level 1 certification in Xactimate or willingness to obtain.
  • Maintain professional appearance at all times.
  • Ability to enter confined spaces, climb on roofs, and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Valid Driver's License & eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • No felony convictions.
Benefits
  • Salary $45k - $55k, depending on experience.
  • Eligible for commission plan after 90 days and favorable review, possible earnings of 50% to 100% of your base salary.
