About the Role

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a skilled Restoration Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration of properties to their pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to deliver materials and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project team members, subcontractors, and homeowners
  • Verify quality of work meets company standards and homeowner expectations
  • Ensure a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and company policies
  • Maintain documentation and communicate with project team and homeowners daily

Requirements

  • Previous construction experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
  • Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate a plus
  • Level 1 certification in Xactimate or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to enter confined spaces, climb on roofs, and lift up to 75 lbs
  • Valid Driver's License & eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
