ISAT Total Support, operating under Tomarco Contractor Specialties, specializes in the design, manufacture, and distribution of non-structural engineering and design systems tailored for commercial construction applications. With a legacy dating back to 1977, we take pride in our position as a leader in the development and sale of innovative engineering fastening systems and solutions. Our dedicated team of professionals, including sales, operations, manufacturing, and a diverse group of engineers, has played a pivotal role in the success of numerous large-scale projects across the United States and internationally.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Project Administrator position at ISAT Total Support is designed to oversee the procurement and delivery processes for Capital Projects. This role is essential in managing the output of our Capital Projects Team and ensuring seamless communication with our clients across various project types. This position allows you to leverage your expertise while providing opportunities for professional growth as our organization expands.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or related fields.
  • Demonstrated industry and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate documentation of discussions.
  • Develop and manage logs, spreadsheets, and trackers pertinent to project progress.
  • Prepare purchase orders as required.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
  • Support operational aspects of Capital Projects, including BIM and Engineering scopes.
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding of project scope and contractual obligations to mitigate risks.
  • Familiarize yourself with relevant codes and standards to enhance project execution.
  • Assist in procurement processes, including vendor pre-qualification, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Understand and manage project schedules in relation to the General Contractor's timelines.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu; familiarity with Navisworks is advantageous.
  • Proactive in seeking and implementing improved solutions.

Communication: Proficient in all forms of correspondence related to project tasks, ensuring that all communications are documented electronically.

Additional Requirements: The successful candidate will be required to undergo a background check.
