Job Summary

The Customer Service Outfitter is a key member of our team, responsible for providing world-class customer service to our guests while presenting them with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Proactively greet customers and present them with the opportunity to become a CLUB Member or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
  • Execute all CLUB operational and compliance programs, including sales, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrate products to customers and remain knowledgeable of advertised sales.
  • Help meet metric goals and objectives for self and store.
  • Keep CLUB inventory accurate and maintain a clean and organized CLUB Booth.
  • Provide full CLUB Member experience, including service processes such as processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
  • Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
  • Provide service to all areas of the store based on business need.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
  • Experience in a sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
  • Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.
