Commercial Flooring Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Spectra Contract Flooring. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding our customers in selecting and purchasing the appropriate flooring options for their commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, architects, designers, and contractors to promote our flooring solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide expert advice on flooring selection and installation.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of our services.
- Collaborate with our project team to coordinate installation, ensure quality control, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies to provide the best possible solutions for our customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the flooring industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
