Key Responsibilities- Create an environment of exceptional member service that provides sound financial wellness and consultative advice
- Develop and build relationships with Chartway's member base through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Collaborate and communicate with the branch team and other departments to successfully find solutions for members
- Represent Chartway in the community and promote a positive image
- Efficiently and accurately perform member transactions and assist with new account establishment, personal financing, and other services
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, problem resolution, and relationship building
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
- Knowledge of credit union policies and procedures
