Key Responsibilities
  • Create an environment of exceptional member service that provides sound financial wellness and consultative advice
  • Develop and build relationships with Chartway's member base through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Collaborate and communicate with the branch team and other departments to successfully find solutions for members
  • Represent Chartway in the community and promote a positive image
  • Efficiently and accurately perform member transactions and assist with new account establishment, personal financing, and other services
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, problem resolution, and relationship building
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Knowledge of credit union policies and procedures
