Job Title: Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team at ADP. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their tax-related issues, and ensuring their payroll and tax needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate tax support to clients, including tax deposits and filing.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of client service and/or call center experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
