Position OverviewXcite Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Frontliner, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Vehicle Media Specialist: Travel to automotive dealerships to take high-quality photos, videos, and 360-degree virtual interior/exterior tours of vehicles. Assist with marketing efforts by printing window stickers and other services related to each vehicle.
- Inventory Flow Analyst: Monitor and manage the status of vehicle inventory in the pre-sale process to ensure timely online availability.
- Communicator: Maintain open communication with dealerships, providing daily updates on work completed and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Friend and Trusted Partner: Build strong relationships with dealership teams, providing exceptional customer service and support.
