Key Responsibilities- Greet every customer with a smile and a friendly demeanor, thanking them for their business and inviting them to return.
- Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional cashier checkout experience, offering our customers available discounts and promotions while following all company policies and applicable laws.
- Suggest possible purchases to customers to promote store specials and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the fast-food area, and ensuring proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Flexible availability to support business needs for a 24/7 operation, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- A willingness and passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly can-do attitude.
- A history of leading by example and doing the right thing, always.
- The ability to think quickly on your feet and react to change.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $19.00.
- Same day pay and profit sharing opportunities.
